About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
What we will need

- Provide administrative support to managers, executives, and other team members as needed.
- Arrange and facilitate meetings, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing agendas.
- Plan and coordinate company events, conferences, and team-building activities.
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, records, and archives.
- Perform data entry tasks, such as maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other tracking systems.
- Manage the office's hospitality, such as greeting guests, arranging refreshments, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
