Admin Secretary- Female
About the Role
We are looking for a Female Admin secretary with 0-2 years Experience. (Saudi Nationals Preferred) Key Responsibilities: Manage executive's calendar, schedule appointments, arrange meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements Prepare and format various business documents such as letters, reports, presentations, and spreadsheets Manage and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical Handle incoming calls, emails, and visitors, and respond or redirect as appropriate Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, catering, and other logistics Maintain office supply inventory and place orders as needed Provide general administrative support to the department or team as required Protect confidentiality of sensitive information

Required Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma related to this field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
